We attend the patients of the private insurance, Adeslas, Sanitas, Dkv, Asisa, Mapfre, and other companies of the sector with the private tariffs of these insurances.
Our insurance coordinators deal with many different insurance companies. These companies may have multiple groups or policies and may change benefits, co-payments and deductibles many times during the year. We do our best to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on the information we have at our disposal.

As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any changes in your insurance. It is important that all information about you and your insurance is up to date.

Although we will gladly file a claim on your behalf, you may wish to file the claim yourself. In general, insurers process claims submitted directly by patients faster than those submitted by service providers (dental offices).

In addition, most dental insurance policies are limited and often only pay for a portion of the procedures that may be necessary.

Most dental plans reimburse approximately 30-80 percent of treatment costs. With this in mind, we ask that your patient’s portion be paid at the time of service.

As a courtesy to our patients with dental benefit plans, we will submit the necessary claim forms, receipts and other information to your insurance company on your behalf.
Upon receipt of an insurance payment, you will be billed for any balance due. If you have deposited an excessive copayment, you will be reimbursed.
